I am a multimedia journalist and producer currently based in New York City.
I just returned from teaching in Spain for a year while blogging about travel and culture.
Prior to working in Spain, I produced an interactive, community talk show for the NPR affiliate KBIA, in Columbia Missouri. At KBIA I anchored the live newscasts, reported spot news and produced in-depth radio features. I have also worked on Food Network Challenge and House Hunters for High Noon Entertainment, a television production company set to deliver 400 hours of programming to eight different networks for the 2009-10 television season.
In London, I interned for the video channel of MSN UK filming, editing and feeding Internet videos across the site as well as training editors how to use video effectively. I received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism in media convergence in 2010.
